These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Project Reshape website and our personal training services in Dubai, UAE. By booking a session or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Project Reshape provides one-to-one and small-group personal training, nutrition guidance, and related coaching services. Specific session formats, locations, and pricing are agreed at the time of booking.

2. Bookings and Payments

• Sessions must be booked in advance through our website, team, or trainer.
• Packages are non-transferable unless explicitly agreed in writing.
• Pricing is in AED and may change with notice for future bookings.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full at our discretion. No-shows are charged in full.

4. Health and Safety

You confirm that you are medically fit to participate in physical exercise, or that you have obtained clearance from a qualified medical professional. You agree to disclose any injury, condition, or medication that may affect training. You participate at your own risk.

5. Conduct

Clients are expected to treat trainers, staff, and other clients with respect. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for abusive, unsafe, or unlawful behaviour without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, programs, and branding, is owned by Project Reshape and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Project Reshape is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or training services.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
