  • All individual data — assessments, biomarkers, programmes — remains private between the member and their coach. Leadership receives only aggregated, anonymised outcomes reporting.
  • Yes. Many clients allocate a private room or convert an existing space into a discreet training studio. We can also advise on facility design as part of larger engagements.
  • Aggregate reporting covers participation, body composition trends, cardiovascular markers, and self-reported energy and sleep quality. We do not report on individuals.
  • A boutique team of ten can be fully onboarded in four to six weeks. Larger organisations follow a phased roll-out designed around your operational calendar.
