- No. Project Reshape is not a commercial gym. Access is exclusively for coached clients — every visit to the studio is a programmed session with a senior trainer.
- Olympic platforms, racks, calibrated plates, full dumbbell sets to 50kg, cable stacks, sled, conditioning rig, and a dedicated recovery and mobility zone. Everything a transformation requires, nothing it doesn't.
- We cap the roster and stagger appointments so you train alongside, at most, one other coached client. Many sessions are entirely solo.
- Our private studios sit across Dubai's most discreet addresses — DIFC, Downtown, Dubai Marina, Jumeirah, Palm Jumeirah and Emirates Hills. Each studio is accessed by appointment only.
