User Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of the personal data Project Reshape holds about you at any time. This page explains how.

What Gets Deleted

  • Your contact details (name, email, phone, WhatsApp).
  • Your booking history and training notes.
  • Any marketing preferences and communication logs.

Some records (e.g. invoices, payment receipts) may be retained where we are legally required to keep them.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Send an email to info@project-reshape.com from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
  3. Include your full name and phone number so we can locate your records.

Timeline

We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, except for data we are required to retain by UAE law.
